These Self-defense classes teach a set of awareness, assertiveness and verbal confrontation skills with safety strategies and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist and survive attacks.

A serious business, but learning is also great Fun, confidence building and empowering.

These are not Judo or Karate classes, but general useful sets of skills to be used when required ... hopefully never.
