Everybody works in an interesting area, if we only knew it. So take a lunchtime stroll with our local guide/historian in your area or town and find out a little bit more about the area where you work, other than the location of the car park and lunchtime sandwich bar.

Walks are short and informative and you might even stop at a local watering hole on route.

The fresh air will do everyone good, help keep them fit, clear the head, reduce stress and educate ... as well as having some fun
